Rainbow jeevalayam has been one of the the best experience in my life. And here I stayed almost 20 days, when I started my treatment I was 124kg. And I lost 10kg of weight in 20 days of naturopathy treatment.I had very good time in my vacation in rainbow jeevalayam. The staffs and doctors are very cooperative and very helpful. Rainbow jeevalayam has been a wake up call to our life style.We have experienced a tremendous changes in our health in these 15 days of our treatment. the cheerfulness of the staff and encouragement of the doctors has kept our positivity. First and formost, I must thank Dr.Bismi for being extreamly caring and loving. Her proffessionalism and remarkable kindness was the reason I could pull through this phase. Next I must thank the staffsfor being understang and for all the motivation throughout. They made us feel just like home and they did their very best. ABOUT THE TREATMENT It did not feel hard first ,because we were on a slow and steady diet. But the water diet was too hard for me, because Inever liked drinking water. We had a pretty decentroom and stay was very good. The tratments were painless and simple.I felt a drastic change towards the end. I reduce from 84kg to 76 kg in 2 weeks !! Hard work does wonders!! Also thank you DR.Aiswarya for all the great tips to stay healthy.

I'm Fr.Thomas M, was the patient at rainbow jeevalayam palayoor for 10 days.I wish to share that It was a wonderful stay over here. Iam indebted to all the staff specially Dr. Bismi and the supporting staff. It was healthy stay with yoga exercises in the morning and nutritious juices through out the day. Though I fasted for four days.I did not feel tired.I reduced more than 4kg of my body weight. I found all the services very punctual and effecting. Room was nice I wish to thank the management for creating such a wonderful set up to relax and rejuvinate.
